Please arrive no more than 10 minutes prior to your appointment

If door is closed please take a seat at the table. Your esthetician is in session!

If you are running late please contact TWA and anything over 15 minutes may result in a cancellation.

Cancellation and Booking Fees

I understand that unforeseen circumstances can occur, please contact TWA to reschedule or to cancel an appointment. Please contact TWA 48 hours prior to your treatment to avoid a $50 booking fee.

Gifting and Returns

We offer gift cards at our location and online. Gift cards expire within 1 year and are non-refundable. All packages and open and used skincare is non-refundable.
